Exit strategy

As one of India’s largest indigenous charities, Magic Bus is part of community life.  The programme is run by local young people who make the best possible role-models and mentors for children in their own communities.

Magic Bus never has to exit a community, because our programmes are taken on by local people who have been trained to keep it going.  As well as developing local talent, we also help young people to find work. An added benefit of this is that they then stay in the community and have the skills and availability to keep the programme going strong.
